How do I set up Multiple monitors so that I can move windows in between them.

If you are using the built in nvidia 'twinview' then it should just *work* if 
it's set up correctly in your Xfree/Xorg config. That's how it works here. 
KDE doesn't require any special configuration to use multiple monitors it's 
all handled by the X server.
