Cdrom Ejecting on it's own.

I just installed SuSe 9.1 Personal, I am using KDE 3.2.1. Every minute or so my cdrom pops open. I don't have to be touching anything, and it just opens. I held my hand infront of the cdrom to see if it gave me and errors when it tried opening, heres what I received, the title of the dialog was "KDE Eject - KDialog" and the message was "Eject /dev/hdc failed". I'm not sure what's going on since this is the first time I've used SuSe/KDE.
