KDE 3.2.x and changed behaviour

hi,

i have the following issue w/ KDE and licq. i am using licq w/ docking
in systray. this is what i do:

i have a message window open, i minimize it, i start doing something
else, somebody sends me new message, the licq icon in systray starts
flashing, i middle-click it and it does not bring the window to front,
instead the taskbar item starts flashing and i have to click it to bring
it to the foreground. this was not the case w/ KDE 3.1.x.

is there a flag to toggle? i cannot find anything appropriate in
kcontrol.

if you don't have licq installed you can check this w/ noatun.
