Non KDE applications on kicker

Hi,

I've added a couple of non kde applications to the kicker bar.

Using KDE RESTRICTIONS in kdeglobals i've removed the right mouse button (action/kicker_rmb=false) so that the configuration of these applications can't be changed.

Is it also possible to stop a user from being able to move the icon for these applications to a different place on the kicker bar ?
