the right mouse button (action/kicker_rmb=false) so that the configuration of
these applications can't be changed.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Is it also possible to stop a user from being able
to move the icon for these applications to a different place on the kicker bar
?</FONT></DIV>
