windows resize

The reason for this is simple.

I don't want my users to be able to change any aspect of the desktop &
desktop layout I've provided for them.

We have 2 or 3 custom application that run better in konsole or konqueror if
the window size is not changed.

The reason for not changing the size of an OpenOffice window is to maintain
a consistant look to the desktop.

So, now I've explained, it is possible and if so how ??

Regards
MARK
