kview and many images makes kdeinit choke (cpu 99%)

You should report this at bugs.kde.org, with detailed instructions on how
to reproduce this behavior. Not everyone uses 500+ files on kview, so this
problem might just be undocumented. Undocumented problems generally don't
get fixed.
