KDE 3.2.1 problems

Hi KDE,

I just upgraded to KDE3.2.1. It does solve some bugs I noticed so I am 
going to keep it but I have some questions.

   1. How can I control the size of the "Application Menu" icons? They
      are too big to me?
   2. The font "Sans" is really weird too much space between letters.
   3. It seems I lost too many icons like kdevelop, Quanta plus,
      Krusader. Where can I find them?
