How to uninstall old KDE

Hello Job,

Here is a list of all the packages for 3.1 series

arts
arts-devel
kdeaddons
kdeadmin
kdeartwork
kdebase
kdebase-devel
kdebindings
kdebindings-devel
kdeedu
kdeedu-devel
kdegames
kdegames-devel
kdegraphics
kdegraphics-devel
kdelibs
kdelibs-devel

kdenetwork-devel

kdesdk-devel
kdetoys
kdeutils
kdeutils-devel
qt
qt-designer
qt-devel
qt-MySQL

quanta

I believe this is more or less a complete list. You can refer this list to 
remove the 3.1.4 packages.

To check if the package is installed execute
rpm -q <packagename>
