KDE Menu regression

There would appear to be a regression in the KDE Menu code.

If the mouse is under the menu that pops-up the entry under the mouse
will be autoselected.  It should only happen when the mouse is moved,
but it happens even when the mouse is static.

I have tried to report this to Bugzilla, but Bugzilla insists on having an 
application to report against, when this applies to all applications.
