Konqi & Java WebStart

Try this package with config files for KDE. It does not work with the java-scripted demo pages yet.

The assumption is that SUN's RPM packages have been used. Only tested with 1.4.2, but
there is an older version that I know works with 1.4.1 in the same directory.
