Konqueror - no ALT-Tag display

Hi

With konqueror the HTML-ALT-tag for images is not displayed. Has the image a 
TITLE-tag it is displayed.
Is there an option do display the Alt-tag or ist it still a bug ?

The problem is from Konqueror 3.04 (Suse 8.0) to Konqueror 3.21 (Suse 9.1)
