Where to report sites that render bad in konqueror?

Hey is just me or do a really large percentage of forms-based pages fail in 
Konqueror?  Actually, Hotmail doesn't even work properly for me :-(

I really like Konqueror overall, but frequently find myself having to use 
FireFox on a lot of sites.

Anyone else (KDE 3.2.2)
