Compile error in kdesdk/kbabel/common/. C++ standard headers problem

Hi, 

When I compile kdesdk it consistently fails. The output is below, my system 
spec is:
* gcc 3.2.2
* automake 1.7.3
* make 3.80
(Slackware 9.0)

Shouldn't I be able to compile with this setup?
