Replying to All to include self in Kmail?

Is there any setting in Kmail to allow the inclusion of oneself in "Reply 
to All"?  One of my remaining nits against Kmail is that I have to add 
my email address back in whenever I reply to e-mail.  I haven't been 
able to find any such options in Kmail's options.
