Konqueror Problems

Lately (since my last CVS upgrade a couple of weeks ago) I haven't been able 
to drag and drop HTML links from konqueror to anywhere (a second konqueror 
instance, the bookmark folder, a local folder)

Has anyone else had this problem?  Does anyone know what it could be?
