Howto add new documentation to khelpcenter?

I don't know if there is currently a better way to do this.
You could contact Cornelius Schumacher (current KHelpCenter maintainer).
I read a discussion on the main freedesktop.org mailinglist about a
inter-desktop help system, maybe it contains some hints for your problem as
well.
