KDE 3.2.2: start_launcher??

Hi,

After compiling/installing kde3.2.2 with konquest, I get two errors 
(missing symbols).
Please find below what I get after "startx"   from the command line 
(Suse linux 9.0).

Fortunately, kde 3.1 is still working fine!

I have seen that other people have struggled with the same problem, but 
did not manage to find any solution.
Any suggestions.?
