Starting Window size (Konquerer)

Every time a new window starts up, It starts up at < 1/4 of my screen size.  I 
know that in general I can specify geometry on the command line, but for 
Konquer, I'm often not specifying a command.  I'm clicking on a link.  Is 
there some way to control the default window size -- in general, and for 
Konquer specificaly...
