kdenetwork-3.2.1 doesn't compile

Am running RH9, with updates.  In attempting to make kdenetwork-3.2.1,
the following error occurs:

My kernel lacks wireless networking support, so I wonder if that is the
cause.  My workaround has been to remove directory wifi under
kdenetwork-3.2.1 and rebuild.  Works OK without directory wifi.
