How to start all programs fullsize/fullscreen?

Salve!

How is it possible to konfigure KDE that all new windows of all/some programs 
start with a fullsize window?
It is anoying to maximize every new window.

BTW, it would be also handy to be able to open all new links with
konqueror on a special (other) desktop. For example by a funnel symbol
on the desktop to activate this desktop for all new windows.
