Problems arising after dial-up to DSL switch

I can't believe this one.

An error occured while loading 
http://www.mandrakeclub.com/docs/9.1/en/Starter.html/migration.html:

Timeout on server
Connection was to www.mandrakeclub.com at port 443


I'm using KDE 3.1.0, Konqueror 3.1.0 and K-mail 1.5

Anyone have suggestions/cures?
