Rich Text Editor in Konqueror

I use the Hotmail mail account (www.hotmail.com). I can write the Rich Text 
Format mails in the Internet Explorer, but not in the KDE Konqueror. What is 
wrong ? Can I use Konqueror to use this type of feature in Hotmail ?

I have Java and Java Scripts enabled.
