Moving KMail to another machine

If I want to move a KMail system from one machine to another, which 
directories need to be moved.  I think there are two:-

~/.kde/share/apps/kmail
~/Mail

but I just wanted to check that I had not forgotten anything.  I want
the new machine to have all the old accounts etc, and all the mail
from the old machine.
