kdm online help - where

Hi all,

How can I view the kdm online help ?
In khelpcenter I don't find "kdm"

I find files in /opt/kde3/share/doc/HTML/en/kdm like index.docbook etc, but 
how can I have a look inside those files in a formatte way ?
