convert emails from .msf to Maildir, including all subfolders

I'm moving from Mozilla to Kmail. I wish to automatically convert my 
Mozilla .msf emails to Maildir format. I have about 50 subfolders, that 
go about 5 deep. I really don't want to do it manually, as is suggested 
by the kmail handbook in the section "Importing other mailbox files with 
kmail".

I can't find anything to do the conversion, any ideas?
