KMail mailing lists?

Is there a way to tell KMail to send to a list of addresses in a file?  
Perhaps it is KAddressBook that might do this?  My wife runs a 
philosophy discussion group and they do most of their communications 
(other than meetings) through a mail list.  She just moved to FreeBSD 
using KDE.  She has the list in ASCII format from her Eudora address 
book and wants to be able to mail to it from KMail.  Any assistance 
greatly appreciated.  I hope I'm not sending this query to the wrong 
place.  If I am, please forgive me and tell me what the correct forum 
is.
