kde3.1.4 for mandrake9.2

Why isnt rpms for mandrake9.2?
unfortunaly mandrake9.2 sdtill haves some bugs that werent resolved from the 
last version distro :( like the mouse double click in detailed list view in 
konqueror
Unfortunaly the last kde made by texstar is for mandrake9.1 (kde3.1.4) and i 
cant find a site with kde3.1.4 or a bigger version for mandrake9.2...
But what i really dont understand is why there isnt rpms of kde3.1.4 for 
mandrake, because there are for redhat, Slackware, Debian and IBM AIX.

Can anyone give a help?
