klaptop systray

Hi,

I have kde-3.2b1 and before posting a bug I was wondering if someone knows why 
the battery monitor ( I think is klaptop ) appears always floating in the 
top-left corner of my laptop screen and not in the systray on the taskbar??

Is this a configuration problem? bug? or a nice new feature??
