"No idea yet" in KDE Help - Man Pages

In KDE Help Center -> UNIX Manual Pages -> Section 1 User commands (and all
other sections) against each entry listed "no idea yet". For instance:

a2p no idea yet
a2ps no idea yet

How to configure KDE Help center to display brief command description
instead of "no idea yet"? For instance:

a2p Awk to Perl translator
a2ps format files for printing on a PostScript printer

If it is not possible I would like to get rid of "no idea yet" because it
will create too much questions from my users after Linux mass deployment.

I run RH Linux 8.0. In RH 9.0 I noticed a slight "improvement". It has "No
idea" instead of "No idea yet" in RH 8.0.

Thank you,
