How to set defaul mail client in KDE 3.1.1?

How can I set the default mail client in KDE 3.1.1?
In previous releases I've done this in the Control Center in the EMail 
section, but now that I have SuSE 8.2 with KDE 3.1.1 the control center 
looks a little different, it has a Internet & Network section and inside it 
has the EMail section but there is no way to declare an external email 
client. What do I do?
