kmail: stop switching windows on 'new mail'

When I am in konqueror and get email while kmail is full screen behind konq, 
kmail not only pops up the little 'got mail' button, but it also switches 
screens.  I immediate loose track of what I am reading on the web.  A 
solution i to minimize kmail, but I was hoping for a setup option.  Haven't 
found one yet.

thoughts?
