<table height="100%"

Hi all...

I must admit to having used <table height="x"> in the past. There are some
very reasonable situations which require it. To be honest, if it isn't in
the spec, then the spec is broken :-/

HTML table design has always been a nightmare, for more complex tables at
least, and layers really aren't a valid substitute while different browsers
seemingly have different definitions of what a pixel is (Opera most
significantly shunts things around well away from where you design them to
be).

So, as someone who must endure trying to use these things, please, please,
please include this attribute.
