File Downloads on Konqueror

Question:

How can I make the file download functionality in Konqueror 3.1 (as
implemented on RH 9.0) behave as it did in the previous version?  When I
click on a link to a file, I'd like to be asked where to save it rather than
have it automatically downloaded to a temp location with a temp name.
