KDE cannot find aspell

Hi!

Although aspell is set as the default spell checker and can be called from the 
command line (PATH set correctly) I get an error trying to use the spell 
checking function of any KDE appplication (KMail, KWord, ..) that the program 
cannot find Aspell. What could be wrong there?
