"How to" KDE presentation?

I don't know if there is anything "pre-compiled" but the content of such a 
presentation depends a lot on the audience anyway.

I show DCOP to people who do a lot of shell scriptingm but not to "normal" 
users.

One cool thing to present is Konqueror's internet shortcuts (or whatever 
they are called).
Like gg:seach string for a Google search.

Or displaying man and info pages in Konqy using their respective io-slave

People with remote machines like fish:/ demos.

You could ask on the kde-promo mailinglist, if some of our promo folks 
have further examples.
