If you are using KDE 3.1 then try Tools->Import.... If you are using an 
earlier version then try File->Import...
It's possible that not all messages will be imported correctly. In this 
case you can probably export your folders with Outlook to a format that 
KMail understands, i. e. mbox format which is probably referred to as 
Netscape format.
