rss-glx screensavers with KDE problem

Hi All,

	I am having trouble trying to get the rss screensaver package
working under KDE 3.1.1 (rss = 'Really Slick Screensavers).  I have them
working perfectly under Gnome 2.2.1 but I can't get the KDE screensaver
module to recognize them.  The help seems non-existant on this issue.  I am
running Gentoo with all the latest packages.

There are two questions I hope someone can help me with

1.	How does KDE recognize where the xscreensavers are?  does it look
for ~/.xscreensaver or something else.

2.	How do you get non-xscreensaver base packages seen under KDE?
