Konsole horizontal bar

Hi,
I'm using Konsole 1.1.3 on Redhat 8.0.  I think such a feature will be 
desirable: when buffer width is bigger than window width, a horizontal 
bar will appear to let you pan through the whole buffer width.
If such a feature is alreay avaible in current or latest version, my 
apology for not finding it.
