Answer to slow startup problem

It results when you load your fonts using the Font Installer in normal user 
mode rather than in Administrator mode. This results in slow KDE app startup. 
If delete your local user font dir it works nice again. Anyone know how to 
fix this without needing to delete the font dir? Thanks,
