It looks like the package was not made for Mandrake, the theme isn't being 
installed in the proper directory. 

To erase it you need to issue the command...
rpm -e kde-theme-keramik
(since that is the package name)

Your best bet is to either compile keramik yourself or download the texstar 
rpms and upgrading to 3.1.
http://ftp.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/contrib/texstar/linux/distributions/mandrake/9.0/rpms/

If you compile it yourself be sure to use the configure command as follows...
./configure --prefix=/usr
