KMail & kde 3.1

I`ve upgraded to KDE 3.1 and I`m running Redhat 8.0, and ever since I have 
upgraded Kmail to 1.5, I am unable to goto links within messages.

for example a link in a message might be..

http://www.kde.org/faq.html

I click on it and a window pops up with title "copy file progress" with a 
loading bar. Mozilla then opens and the url becomes

file:///home/.../.kde/share/apps/kfmexec/tmp/1246.0.faq.html

links on that page do not work correctly.

How do I get back to normal???
