Can I run a second KDE session, as different user?

Keen readers will have noticed that the /dev/dsp0 file is world readable and
writeable. This is an accident and the permissions should be 660. I have
changed my system to the correct permissions. The sound is still available to
all users in the 'audio' group. The schema can be used for all devices such
as /dev/audio, /dev/midi etc.
