Keyboard

            How to do for configuring the keyboard
in Kde3 with a language is not in Kde3 for
example : breton language. With Kde 1.x.x. it
was possible to do this by puting a file make
specially for this in kikbd and choose it by the
Kde center configuration . I don't find kikbd in
kde 3, Where is it ?
