Splash screen with titlebar?

Most Splashscreens use spezial X11 Flags to bypass the window manager, to 
ensure they get no decoration.

You could contact the application developer and ask for a change or a 
commandline option to skip the splashscreen (somthing like --nosplash 
perhaps)
