bind middle mouse button to "open in new tab"

hi kde people

i would like to bind my middle mouse button to open links in new 
tab and not in new windows. e.g. in mozilla you can define that 
under preferences, but i found whether in control center nor in 
konqueror the correspondig entry to redefine that.

did i miss something?
