Knode

Somehow last night I did something that removed the header pane and the 
article preview pane in Knode.  All I have now is a large open area showing 
the newsgroups I'm subscribed to.  By clicking Settings > header view and 
article view I can bring up a these windows but they used to be there 
whenever I started Knode,  how do I get them back?
