Restarting KDE components

It's very odd how this happens to some, as it never has happened to me unless
something goes majorly wrong... but yes, it is possible to reload kicker
without restarting KDE.
Just open a terminal window, type 'kicker &' then 'exit' and you have
yourself a new one.
