KonCD issues, plus ...

KonCD crashes every time I request the Table of Contents under the 
Multi-session tab.  There is one session on the cdrw.

Under KonCD I recorded a second session to a cdrw.  It took time, it displayed 
that it was writing to track 02, 'dummy' was not selected, but when I ran a 
dir after leaving KonCD, it only showed the first session.

I am still having a problem switching from KDE to a console (full screen) and 
not being able to return.
