KDE3.1 and logout window problem

Hello

Im new in KDE but have 1 serious (for me problem)
whenever im trying to logout i have just logout - cancel options

i saw on screenshots window with green figure with checkbox "Save 
session" how i can get logout window like this?

Its KDE 3.1 on debian woody, and im logging using GDM
